Karatzas Marine Advisors Invites Offers for the Sale of Modern, Fully-in-Class Liftboat
L/B “Seacor Respect”
New York City, New York, November 1st, 2021: Karatzas Marine Advisors & Co., acting as co-Exclusive Shipbroker / Shipbroker of Record on behalf of the Sellers, is pleased to invite buying interest and offers for the 265' Class Liftboat L/B “Seacor Respect”, presently located in Houma, Louisiana. As per Mandate, the sale process is to proceed as expediently as possible but in a manner maximizing value for the Sellers; interested parties are invited to inspect and submit offers by Friday, November 19th, 2021, tentatively, as outlined in the “Terms of Sale”.

The Sale of the Asset will be undertaken under the “Terms of Sale” and the contemplated MOA (pro forma) For Sale & Purchase of Liftboat L/B "Seacor Respect", both documents made available online on same website. Extensive gallery of recent photographs of the Asset have been also posted online; likewise for Certificate of Documentation, Class Certificate, General Arrangement. The Liftboat “Seacor Respect” was delivered in 2009 at Boconco Shipbuilding, LLC at Bayou LaBatre, AL, with principal dimensions of 145.0' x 110.0' x 12.0'. The Asset is classed by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as “Maltese Cross A1, Liftboat, Restricted Service, AMS”. The Vessel was recently dry-docked and has all its statutory and regulatory certificates renewed, including by ABS class and U.S. Coast Guard for its COD. The Vessel is fully SOLAS compliant vessel. As can be seen from recent pictures, the Asset is expected to be found in impeccable condition, as it has been maintained to well-known, very high standards. The Asset is located in the Houma area, professionally stored with shore power, and can be made available, by arrangement, for superficial, pre-purchase inspection for qualified interested parties.
