Presentation at the ASA New York Chapter in March 2019


Basil M Karatzas, an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), presented at the monthly meeting of the New York City Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers on March 18th, 2019, on vessel valuation and ship appraisal methodology, and current developments in the shipping industry and the state of the market, international flag and Jones Act / cabotage trade, for both "blue water" and "brown water" assets.


The New York City Chapter of ASA meets monthly and hosts presentations on diverse aspects of valuation and industries, ranging from diamonds and fine art to business and capital assets and machinery.
